were conducting traffic stops.

Jenny, an international resident, was riding a scooter past an

intersection. Squad Leader Wu stops her when she made an illegal right

turn on a red light.

W: Ma’am, please pull over.

J: Why did you stop me?

W: Madam, I stopped you because you just made an illegal right
