or app.
You just need to fill in your ARC number and some basic
information. Once verified you will be all set to use your Full-
card for renting Full-bikes.

Unfortunately, my friend doesn’t have an ARC. Will he still be
able to use a Full-card for Full-bike rentals?

the above” in the appropriate field on the registration form.
J: What’s the difference between registering with an ARC and not?
L: Access to public bike injury insurance is for name-based
authentication only, which requires a citizen ID or ARC.
